Livv Developments are thrilled to announce the acquisition of a 141-hectare parcel in Melbourne's West, including part of a future 1,000 hectare employment precinct.
Immediately adjacent to Avalon Airport, 15 Avalon Road is located along the Princes Freeway with a solid two-kilometre frontage, helping to bridge the gap between Melbourne’s western corridor & Geelong. With employment land opportunities across Victoria at all time low, Livv Developments aims to relieve this pressure by delivering an industrial precinct that will offer diverse product opportunity and amenity. The overall precinct is expected to deliver in excess of 15,000 job opportunities which we are thrilled to play a key part in.
We look forward to working through the rezoning and planning process with the Victorian Planning Authority and other key stakeholders with an aim to launch this project to market in late 2025.
