Avalon is expected to form part of a future 1,000 hectare employment precinct and deliver in excess of 15,000 jobs. With circa 2 kilometres of frontage along the Princes Freeway, Avalon Road will become the gateway for a future Business Park that will unlock land to help support the ever increasing demand for industrial land in Melbourne’s West and Geelong. Immediately adjacent to Avalon airport, this project will help support the continued growth of this significant precinct.
