2021 at Aldo Estate

As Melbournian’s suffered through 200 days of lockdown, Aldo not only survived, but thrived - and we could not have done it without you!

After the employment of a new Development Manager and Estate Manager at the start of 2021, things really took off for Aldo Estate. As we fast approach the end of 2021, we are on track to contract our 200th Lot for the year, an amazing result in any year and a demonstration that Aldo is the destination of choice in the North-West corridor.

2021 saw Stage 1 – 3 register with 120 Lots now Settled. With over 40 homes currently under construction and growing every day, we are very excited to welcome our first residents moving in in 2022.

Another exciting milestone of this year was the appointment of Winslow Constructors as the Civil Contractor for Stage 4 and beyond. As one of Victoria’s leading Civil Contractors, Winslow have made a huge impact in a short period of time with 250 Lots currently under construction across Stages 4 – 7, Stage 4 being due for completion in January next year. With another big year of construction ahead we anticipate commencing construction of balance Stages through 2022.

As we look at milestones for 2022, we are excited for key elements of Aldo’s community continue to evolve, including Aldo Park to commence in Q3, which will include sheltered BBQ areas, a scooter track, creative playground, fenced dog area and more. No matter what age or season, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. We also look forward to providing news on the future School and other key initiatives progressing.
